ARRIVAL & PARKING: Upon arriving & parking you will be greeted by our relaxing creek. Please wait in your car until we are ready to see you. Client toilets are available down the left hand side of the location and free client WIFI available on-site.

ENTERING WHEN READY: When the light in the window or light around the garage goes green this means we’re ready to see you & you’ll be greeted. Follow the board walk to the right hand side to enter.

THERAPY ROOM: You will enter into the cozy therapy room, complete with mood lighting & music, therapy swing, fidgets and sensory toys.

ADMINISTRATION & PAYMENTS: The majority of administration (communication about appointments, bookings, etc.) occurs via email/SMS & payments and rebates occur online.
